Styleora – Return & Exchange Policy
At Styleora, we want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and socks
- Accessories
- Items purchased under clearance sale or special discounts
3. Return Process
To place a return request:
- Visit the Return Request section on our website.
- Enter your Order ID and registered mobile number/email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason.
- Our team will schedule a pickup within 2–5 business days.
Note: Return pickup availability may vary by location.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your item and it passes the quality check:
- Refunds will be issued as Store Credit / Styleora Wallet, valid for future purchases.
- Store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after quality approval.
Refund to bank account is not available at the moment.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for eligible products:
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- Exchange will be processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue Store Credit instead.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be returned as Store Credit.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging with our support team.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
